    Delivery Times:

    We process your order within 2 days after we receive it. As we work on demand, the items usually arrive a week after the order is made.

    After the processing time:

    Orders in France: 3-5 days expected for you to receive your orders.

    International Orders: Up to 1 week is expected for you to receive your orders.

    Please note that these times are an approximation and that delays do happen.

    You may be responsible for the import tax if the delivery destination is outside of the EU, subject to your local import rules. (not for pre-orders)

    Care

    Our lingerie is handcrafted in Paris, it is resistant but delicate. Please take care of it and hand wash it with care. You will receive a care guide with your purchase.
